NOVELTY - Fiber leather comprises 300-350 pts. wt. collagen fiber, 20-35 pts. wt. chitin fiber, 35-55 pts. wt. bamboo carbon fiber, 10-30 pts. wt. corn fiber, 60-80 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 40-50 pts. wt. silicon rubber, 100-125 pts. wt. water, 30-40 pts. wt. dimethyl formamide solution and 15-30 pts. wt. powder graphene. USE - Used as fiber leather. ADVANTAGE - The fiber leather has a good antibacterial effect and can prevent the growth of bacteria, which solves the problem that the current fiber leather has a poor antibacterial effect and is easy to breed bacteria during use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of the fiber leather, comprising (i) the collagen fiber for textile synthesis, so as to obtain the fiber leather semifinished product; (ii) heating the polyurethane resin, so that the polyurethane resin is dissolved at high temperature to obtain the polyurethane resin solution; (iii) heating water, bamboo carbon fiber, corn fiber, polyurethane resin solution, silicon rubber, dimethyl formamide solution and powder graphene water, and stirring to obtain solution and adding the fiber leather semifinished product into the solution for 3 hours; (iv) placing fiber leather semifinished product in the drying device, after 1 hour obtaining complete fiber leather; and (v) sending the processed fiber leather into the cleaning device for cleaning, sending to the detecting device for detecting, after being qualified, and sending into the packaging machine to packaging.
