NOVELTY - Regenerating waste lubricating oil by hydrogenation method comprises separating waste lubricating oil by high-speed centrifuge, and performing atmospheric and vacuum distillation, which further comprises (a) using aluminum oxide and graphene oxide as adsorbents for treating waste lubricating oil, (b) passing the base oil fraction obtained by adsorption to pre-hydrogenation refining unit with protective agent, subjecting the protective agent to acid leaching treatment on diatomaceous earth with diluted sulfuric acid to obtain aluminum in the diatomaceous earth, drying the calcium sulfate obtained by neutralization with lime, grinding and loading at least one of cobalt and nickel, and (c) passing the oil obtained by pre-hydrogenation to main hydrogenation reactor, reacting under the action of hydrogenation catalyst under the hydrogen partial pressure of 7-9 Mpa at 300-320 degrees C, carrying out catalytic reaction to obtain lubricating oil base oil. USE - The method is useful for regenerating waste lubricating oil by hydrogenation method. ADVANTAGE - The method: can improve the storage stability of hydrogenated lubricating oil without reducing desulfurization activity or demetallization activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Regenerating waste lubricating oil by hydrogenation method comprises separating waste lubricating oil by high-speed centrifuge, and performing atmospheric and vacuum distillation, which further comprises (a) using alumina and graphene oxide as adsorbents for treating waste lubricating oil, (b) passing the base oil fraction obtained by adsorption to pre-hydrogenation refining unit with protective agent, subjecting the protective agent to acid leaching treatment on diatomaceous earth with diluted sulfuric acid to obtain aluminum in the diatomaceous earth, drying the calcium sulfate obtained by neutralization with lime, grinding and loading at least one of cobalt and nickel, where the active metal loading is 2-4 wt.% in terms of oxide, and (c) passing the oil obtained by pre-hydrogenation to main hydrogenation reactor, reacting under the action of hydrogenation catalyst under the hydrogen partial pressure of 7-9 Mpa at 300-320 degrees C, carrying out catalytic reaction to obtain lubricating oil base oil, where the liquid space velocity is 1-3 hour-1, the hydrogenation catalyst uses aluminum oxide containing phosphorus and zinc as carrier, and the phosphorus-containing aluminum oxide comprises 0.1-3 wt.% phosphorus-containing compounds, and 1-10 wt.% zinc oxide particles with an average particle size of 2-12 mu m on the carrier.
