NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based metal composite antistatic film comprises: (i) heating the base polymer to melt, extruding to obtain a polymer film substrate, and traction into a vacuum evaporation device; (ii) placing a copper source into the evaporation chamber below the film; (iii) placing the high-speed honeycomb three-dimensional graphene in the vacuum evaporation device, heating and sublimating the copper source, transferring copper gaseous particles from the bottom to the surface of the polymer film substrate by a gas flow; (iv) performing chilling deposition using liquid nitrogen, chilling the metal copper to fix the honeycomb three-dimensional graphene on surface of the base film, overlapping the three-dimensional graphene each other to form a conductive network forming an antistatic layer on the surface of the base film; and (v) synchronizing the cold roll compacted vapor deposition surface with the speed of the tractor until the traction leaves the evaporation device, then curing. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based metal composite antistatic film. ADVANTAGE - The method is economical and suitable for industrial production. The film has good performance, firm bonding and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-based metal composite antistatic film.
