NOVELTY - High performance protective coating comprises 70-80 pts. wt. fluorocarbon resin, 15-22 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 5-10 pts. wt. aldehyde ketone resin, 2-5 pts. wt. active carbon, 4 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, 0.1 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 10-100 pts. wt. alcohol containing aqueous solution. USE - The high performance protective coating is useful for metal surface coating in petroleum, chemical and military equipment, self-propelled vehicle and other base material surface or inner wall. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has excellent corrosion resistance and air purifying function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high performance protective coating comprising dispersing half load of nano silicon dioxide in the alcohol-containing aqueous solution, then adding acrylic resin and reacting at 60- 90 degrees C to obtain nano silicon dioxide modified acrylic resin, fully mixing the remaining load of nano silicon dioxide with the active carbon to obtain mixture 1, mixing the fluorocarbon resin and graphene, uniformly dispersing the graphene to obtain mixture II, adding nano silicon dioxide modified acrylic resin, aldehyde ketone resin and mixture 1, then adding de-foaming agent and fully mixing to disperse uniformly.
