NOVELTY - Preparation of composite material involves dispersing graphene oxide in formaldehyde solution to obtain dispersion (A), mixing molybdenum salt and aqueous ammonia, heating to 40-70 degrees C, adding ammonium sulfide, reacting for 0.5-2 hours, adding quaternary ammonium salt and melamine to reaction solution becomes cloudy to form melamine/alkylated sulfur molybdate substitution suspension as dispersion (B), mixing 1:(5-10) weight ratio of dispersion (A) and dispersion (B), raising temperature to 50-80 degrees C for 10-60 minutes, adjusting 7-9 pH of reaction solution, heating up to 100-200 degrees C for 12-24 hours, filtering, drying to obtain black solid powder, placing obtained black solid powder in microwave reaction chamber, and heating with microwave power of 300-1200 W for 1-60 minutes. USE - Preparation of composite material as negative electrode material for lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared product has excellent stability, not easily denatured in air, easy to store, large specific surface area. The composite material avoids the loss caused by the sublimation of traditional nitrogen doping process and has improved nitrogen doping efficiency, and reaction conditions progress from mild to strong, and achieves nitrogen-doped precursor. The active component precursor interacts uniformly with graphene. The negative electrode material for lithium ion batteries provides excellent channel for lithium ion transmission and performance and has larger specific capacity and excellent cycle stability.
