NOVELTY - The battery has a graphene electrode (7) whose top portion is connected with a battery negative electrode (5). A bottom portion of the graphene electrode is connected with a battery positive electrode (4). An inner side of a shell is filled with ionized liquid. The graphene electrode comprises a graphene film layer, where the graphene film layer is orderly formed with a crystalline silicon layer, a silicon nitride film and a graphene film layer. A solar energy receiving device (3) is provided with multiple light scattering lenses (6). USE - Graphene solar high-energy power battery.
