NOVELTY - Method of wear and scratch resistance modification of leather for luggage, involves (i) dispersing white carbon black and micro-silicon powder in ethanol medium, ultrasonically, stirring in a water bath, performing suction filtration and performing vacuum drying to obtain a wear-resistant hybrid filler, (ii) adding graphene to hydrochloric acid for ultrasonically mixing, adding aniline monomer, ultrasonically treating, adding absolute ethanol and water, stirring, slowly dripping an ammonium persulfate aqueous solution, stirring, leaving still, washing and filtering until the filtrate is colorless and drying to obtain a scratch-resistant filler and (iii) dissolving bisphenol A aniline type benzoxazine and alicyclic epoxy resin in acetone, performing ultrasonic oscillation, dissolving, adding the materials obtained in step (i) and (ii), mixing, pouring into a cleaned spraying gun, uniformly spraying the obtained materials on a cleaned leather surface at room temperature and curing. USE - The method is useful for wear and scratch resistance modification of leather for luggage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method of wear and scratch resistance modification of leather for luggage, involves (i) dispersing 5-10 pts. wt. white carbon black and 1-2 pts. wt. micro-silicon powder in 60-120 pts. wt. ethanol medium, ultrasonically treating at 40-45 degrees C for 1-2 hours, stirring for 2-3 hours in a water bath at 60-65 degrees C, performing suction filtration and performing vacuum drying at 60-65 degrees C to obtain a wear-resistant hybrid filler, (ii) adding 1-2 pts. wt. graphene to hydrochloric acid for ultrasonically mixing for 1-2 hours, adding 1-2 pts. wt. aniline monomer, continuously ultrasonically treating for 30-40 minutes, adding 63-126 pts. wt. absolute ethanol and 50-100 pts. wt. water, stirring for 15-25 minutes, slowly dripping 6-12 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate aqueous solution, stirring for 5-6 hours in an ice water bath at 0 degrees C, leaving still, washing and filtering until the filtrate is colorless and drying to obtain a scratch-resistant filler and (iii) dissolving 50-90 pts. wt. bisphenol A aniline type benzoxazine and 10-50 pts. wt. alicyclic epoxy resin in 3000-4000 pts. wt. acetone, performing ultrasonic oscillation for 10-15 minutes, completely dissolving, adding the materials obtained in step (i) and (ii), ultrasonically mixing, pouring into a cleaned spraying gun, uniformly spraying the obtained materials on a cleaned leather surface at room temperature and curing to obtain a wear and scratch resistance coating.
