▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of continuous macroscopic graphene nanoribbon fiber, involves using high-hydrogen reaction liquid as a raw material prepared directly by chemical vapor deposition. The method involves (1) using liquid carbon-containing compound, ferrocene, thiophene and deionized water as raw materials, mixing carbon-containing compound, ferrocene and thiophene in a mass ratio of 50-300:1-5:1, adding 15-40 %mass, preferably 20-35 %mass deionized water, ultrasonically mixing, injecting reaction liquid into tubular reactor at 700-1500 degrees C and 5-20 mL/hour under hydrogen carrier gas flow of 200-2000 sccm, growing and assembling to form continuous graphene nanoribbon aggregate, (2) pulling the graphene nanoribbon aggregates from the end of the reactor, compacting by liquid phase and spinning at 2-20 m/minute. USE - Preparation of continuous macroscopic graphene nanoribbon fiber for flexible wearable electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and large-scale preparation of uniformly continuous lightweight macroscopic graphene nanoribbon fiber with high purity, high quality, high strength, high electrical conductivity and excellent flexibility, and adopts one-step dry spinning.
