NOVELTY - Graphite electrode nano-antioxidant comprises 20-30 pts. wt. water, 20-30 pts. wt. nano oxide ceramic powder, 15-20 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. dispersant, 10-15 pts. wt. coalescing agent, 6-12 pts. wt. stabilizer and 5-10 pts. wt. polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane, where the dispersant is polyethylene glycol, the coalescing agent is sulfydryl chitosan, and the stabilizer is a mixture of zinc borate and polyetherimide in a mass ratio of 2:1. USE - Used as graphite electrode nano-antioxidant. ADVANTAGE - The nano-antioxidant: solves the problem that the anti-oxidation temperature of the existing graphite electrode antioxidant is not high during use, resulting anti-oxidation layer may generate cracks during the heating process, and there is a risk of peeling off and falling off; and improves conductivity of the graphite electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphite electrode nano-antioxidant, comprising (i) grinding nano oxide ceramic powder until particle diameter reaches to 5-10 nm, (ii) dissolving graphene and polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane in water to obtain mixed solution, and (iii) adding nano oxide ceramic powder into the obtained mixed solution, stirring, then adding dispersant, coalescing agent and stabilizer while stirring, and then mixing uniformly to obtain final product.
