▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing graphene-foamed polycarbonate comprises (i) drying single-layer graphene oxide dispersion is dried by an atomization drying method to obtain graphene oxide microspheres having a carbon-oxygen ratio of 3-6, (ii) uniformly mixing 1-10 pts. wt. obtained graphene oxide microspheres with 1-6 pts. wt. foaming agent, (iii) adding 100 pts. wt. polycarbonate and 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. stearic acid, 0.3-1 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide, and 0.6-1 pts. wt. zinc oxide to an internal mixer for mixing at 85-100 degrees C, (iv) adding the product of the step (iii) to the internal mixer together with the product of the step (ii), and kneading at 100-110 degrees C, and (v) placing the product obtained in the step (iv) in a mold, foaming at 120-135 degrees C for 3-10 minutes, and heating to 136-300 degrees C for 8-30 minutes. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene-foamed polycarbonate. ADVANTAGE - The method: enhances strength and elasticity of the foamed material; is simple and easy; improves basic properties of the material; and has broad application prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene-foamed polycarbonate complex comprising graphene sheet is lapped into a porous network and filled in a pore of a foamed polycarbonate.
