NOVELTY - The production method of graphene film cloth involves: (1) paving graphene fiber mesh network, cutting and loosening graphene fiber, and forming graphene fiber mesh network by air flow forming machine; (2) paving plant fiber mesh network, cutting and loosening plant fiber, and forming plant fiber mesh network by air flow forming machine; and (3) stacking graphene fiber mesh network obtained in step (1) and plant fiber mesh network obtained in step (2) on upper middle layer and lower layer to form film cloth mesh network. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene film cloth, which is useful as mask. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The production method of graphene film cloth involves: (1) paving graphene fiber mesh network, cutting and loosening graphene fiber, and forming graphene fiber mesh network by air flow forming machine; (2) paving plant fiber mesh network, cutting and loosening plant fiber, and forming plant fiber mesh network by air flow forming machine; (3) stacking graphene fiber mesh network obtained in step (1) and plant fiber mesh network obtained in step (2) on upper middle layer and lower layer to form film cloth mesh network, where the lower layer is plant fiber mesh network, and the middle layer is graphene fiber mesh network; (4) pressing film cloth mesh network obtained in step (3) to thickness of 0.05-0.5 mm and weight of 30-180 g/m2; (5) carrying out spunlace shaping on film cloth mesh network obtained in step (4) using spunlace machine to prepare film cloth preform; and (6) drying and molding film cloth preform obtained in step (5). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene film cloth, which comprises 0.01-10 wt.% graphene fiber and 90-99.99 wt.% plant fibers, and is prepared by the above method.
