▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Carbon fiber reinforced composite material comprises: many laminated carbon-reinforced fiber sheets; and a heat transfer layer disposed between the carbon-reinforced fiber sheets and including many fillers, where the carbon-reinforced fiber sheet includes many carbon-reinforced fibers arranged in one direction and a polymer resin impregnated with the carbon-reinforced fibers. USE - Used as carbon fiber reinforced composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has: a thickness direction thermal conductivity of ≥ 3 W/mk and a plane direction thermal conductivity of ≥ 30 W/mk; electrical conductivity in the thickness direction of ≤ 0.2 S/m and electrical conductivity in the plane direction of ≤ 2500 S/m; and excellent thermal, electrical, and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing the carbon fiber-reinforced composite material comprising resin, comprising laminating many carbon-reinforced fiber sheets, and molding and curing the stacked reinforcing fiber sheets to form a carbon fiber reinforced composite material, where the carbon reinforced fiber sheet includes many carbon reinforcing fibers arranged in one direction and a polymer impregnated with the carbon reinforcing fibers.
