▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene involves utilizing 1 gm of commercially available expandable graphite in a crucible. The crucible is placed in a microwave oven to carry out microwave treatment. The power required for microwave treatment is 600-800 Watt and the treatment time is 5-15 second to obtain the three-dimensional graphene. The 200 mg of obtained three-dimensional graphene is mixed with ammonium salt in the mass ratio of 2:0.5-6. The obtained mixture is carried for heat treatment under nitrogen gas atmosphere to obtain three-dimensional nitrogen doped graphene. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene that has good structural stability and high amount of nitrogen doping.
