▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A composite thermal grease comprises 20-40 pts. wt. silicone oil, 50-80 pts. wt. modified silicon carbide/zinc oxide/graphene composite conductive filler, 3-8 wt.% coupling agent of thermally conductive filler, 0.1-1 wt.% crosslinking agent of silicone oil, 0.1-1 wt.% silane surfactant of silicone oil, and 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant. USE - Composite thermal grease. ADVANTAGE - The grease effectively reduces heat generation of high-power electronic components and heat sink interface thermal contact resistance, accelerates heat transfer, and has simple preparation process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of grease comprising taking raw materials, adding to internal mixer, and mixing at 70 degrees C and 10 revolutions/minute (rpm), 90 degrees C and 20 rpm, and 120 degrees C and 35 rpm for 40-60 minutes.
