NOVELTY - A mineral flame-retardant polyurethane anchoring agent comprises 60-80 pts. wt. benzoyl peroxide, 20-30 pts. wt. polyurethane prepolymer, 5-7 pts. wt. graphene nanosheet, 6-8 pts. wt. nanosilica, 5-7 pts. wt. methyl cellulose, 6-8 pts. wt. maifan stone powder, 6-8 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 5-7 pts. wt. nanosilica, 6-8 pts. wt. nanodiamond, 3-5 pts. wt. modified attapulgite clay, 6-8 pts. wt. asbestos powder, 5-7 pts. wt. naphthenic acid ketone, 5-7 pts. wt. 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone, 3-5 pts. wt. aluminum phosphate, 2-4 pts. wt. magnesium silicate, 3-5 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 5-7 pts. wt. triphenyl phosphate, and 200-300 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Mineral flame-retardant polyurethane anchoring agent. ADVANTAGE - The mineral flame-retardant polyurethane anchoring agent can achieve heat insulation anchoring function and flame retardant effect, and has simple processing method and strong adhesion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the mineral flame-retardant polyurethane anchoring agent comprising adding stirring tank with benzoyl peroxide, polyurethane prepolymer, methyl cellulose and half weight of deionized water, heating to 150-160 degrees C while continuously stirring, adding to ball mill machine, adding graphene nanosheet, nanosilica, maifan stone powder, aluminum hydroxide, nanosilica, nanodiamond and modified attapulgite clay, and ball milling to obtain 15-18 mu m powder; and mixing remaining raw materials, adding remaining half weight of deionized water, ball milling to obtain 35-40 mu m fine powder, adding prepared step (A) powder, stirring, packaging, sealing and storing.
