▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A preparation of carbon-coated sodium titanium phosphate composite material, involves using titanyl sulfate as a titanium source and phosphoric acid as a phosphorus source, then mixing the titanyl sulfate and the phosphoric acid with a sodium source and a carbon source, and performing co-precipitation, wet mixing, spray drying and high temperature calcination. USE - Preparation of carbon-coated sodium titanium phosphate composite material used as cathode material for sodium ion battery used in mobile power supply, energy storage and other fields. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of carbon-coated sodium titanium phosphate composite material on a large scale by using resource-rich titanium oxysulfate and phosphoric acid as raw materials. The raw material sources are abundant, the price is low, but also the by-products are few, and there is no harmful gas emission, which is environmentally-friendly. The carbon-coated sodium titanium phosphate composite material can exhibit excellent electrochemical properties such as specific capacity, rate, and long cycle.
