NOVELTY - Preparing high nitrogen content doped graphene quantum dot comprises (1) dispersing amino graphene in a strong acid solution to obtain product A, (2) heating product A to react to obtain product B, (3) removing strong acid in product B to obtain product C, (4) dispersing product C in aqueous ammonia to obtain product D, (5) heating and pressing product D to react to obtain product E, and (6) purifying and drying product E to obtain high nitrogen content doped graphene quantum dot. USE - The method is useful for preparing high nitrogen content doped graphene quantum dot. ADVANTAGE - The dot: has simple preparation process, high nitrogen content, rich in functional groups, good dispersibility in water and other organic solvents, and good optical properties.
