NOVELTY - Wrinkle antibacterial mask comprises graphene non-woven fabric, antibacterial non-woven fabric, wrinkle non-woven fabric, hanging ear cotton thread, preservative particles, adhesive and antibacterial composition particles, where the antibacterial composition particles comprises 5-10 pts. wt. Vitex negundo, 6-12 pts. wt. licorice, 3-7 pts. wt. Scutellaria baicalensis, 1-4 pts. wt. horsetail, 2-6 pts. wt. Viola, 4-8 pts. wt. dandelion, 2-5 pts. wt. Patrinia vulgaris, 2-6 pts. wt. Andrographis paniculata, 1-5 pts. wt. Fusarium, 4-9 pts. wt. Gentiana, 3-7 pts. wt. Shandougen, 1-4 pts. wt. zhimu, 3-8 pts. wt. Gardenia and 1-5 pts. wt. Magnolia officinalis. USE - Used as wrinkle antibacterial mask. ADVANTAGE - The mask: has strong tensile resistance, large antibacterial dosage and prolonged service life; avoids the antibacterial caused by rapid volatilization of antibacterial substances; protects against the coronavirus; improves the practicability; and meets the demand for mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the wrinkle antibacterial mask comprising (i) introducing the mixture of Vitex negundo, licorice, Scutellaria baicalensis, horsetail, Viola, dandelion, Patrinia vulgaris, Andrographis paniculata, Fusarium, Gentiana, Shandougen, zhimu, Gardenia, and Magnolia officinalisinto the grinder for crushing treatment to obtain a crushed mixture, (ii) introducing the pulverized mixture into the extruder to obtain granular materials and storing in a storage tank for sealed storage, (iii) cutting the graphene non-woven fabric, anti-bacterial non-woven fabric and wrinkle non-woven fabric with a cutting machine and stacking them from bottom to top, during which granular products are introduced in the middle of the stack adding the adhesive, placing the ear cotton thread between the antibacterial non-woven fabric and wrinkle non-woven fabric, (iv) importing the completely superimposed finished product into the pressing machine and then carrying out the corresponding pressing treatment, where the pressure is controlled at 10-15kpa and then the pressed finished product is guided and conveyed through the conveyor belt, (v) importing the pressed finished product into the drying box, then taking it out and placing it naturally and controlling the placing time within 10-15 minutes to obtain final wrinkle antibacterial mask, and (vi) dividing the naturally cooled wrinkle antibacterial masks into groups of five or other quantities, packing them with a disposable packaging film and packing the packed concentrated in a paper box for last packaging.
