NOVELTY - A graphene is prepared by adding organic reaction medium and carbon source in dry reaction container, applying ultrasonic wave to obtain transparent solution, adding reducing agent for ultrasonic reaction, and naturally cooling to room temperature. USE - Method for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses ultrasonic radiation which makes the process fast. It does not need external heat source, has low energy consumption, and uses simple device. The obtained graphene has large specific surface area.
