NOVELTY - An integrated electrode frame with bipolar plate, is prepared by stacking bipolar plate and single electrode frame with through hole at center, or dual electrode frame with through holes at center and laminating by laser welding. The electrical conductivity of bipolar plate is greater than 6S/cm. The bipolar plate is composed of two or three layers. The bipolar plate layer on one side or at center comprises carbon-plastic composite plate comprising high-density polyethylene, carbon nanotubes, coupling agents and lubricants. The upper and lower surfaces of bipolar plate layer and electrode frame and central through hole area are provided with highly conductive coating comprising conductive carbon powder and binder. The thickness of bipolar plate layer is 0.3-1 mm, and thickness of highly conductive coating on upper and lower surfaces is 1-1000 mu m, preferably 10-100 mu m. USE - Integrated electrode frame used for all-vanadium liquid flow battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared model reduces contact resistance between electrode and bipolar plate while ensuring welding strength, which increase power density of battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for all-vanadium liquid flow battery, comprises battery end plate, current collector, integrated electrode frame with bipolar plate, sealing pad, electrode and separator.
