NOVELTY - A flexible thin film heterojunction solar cell includes single crystal silicon substrate having thickness of 3-30 mu m and graphene which covers the surface of single-crystal silicon substrate. The lower surface of single-crystal silicon substrate is covered with metallic back electrode. The single-crystal silicon substrate and graphene constitute Schottky junction. USE - Flexible thin film heterojunction solar cell is used in clothes, backpacks, watches, automobiles and wireless electronic devices. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of flexible thin film heterojunction solar cell.
