NOVELTY - Preparing a shear-resistant organic boron crosslinking agent, comprises adding citric acid to the water in the state of heating and stirring, and adding zirconium oxychloride and organoboron cross-linked particles after stirring, continue stirring, adding glycerol and triethanolamine, and adjusting the pH to 7-7.5 with aqueous sodium hydroxide solution, stirring for 2-5 hours to obtain a shear-resistant organoboron crosslinking agent, where the organic boron cross-linked particles are prepared by cross-linking sodium tetraborate on a carrier, and the carrier is a mixture of polyethylene glycol dimethylmethacrylate microspheres and modified graphene oxide with a mass ratio of (0.2-1):1. USE - The method is useful for preparing shear-resistant organic boron crosslinking agent.
