NOVELTY - Preparing micro-arc oxidation/graphene oxide/silane composite film on aluminum alloy surface comprises e.g. preparing graphene oxide solution, preparing mixed solution, adjusting pH, magnetically stirring, and then hydrolyzing to obtain self-assembling solution, mixing the graphene oxide and self-assembly liquid, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain silane coupling agent-grafted graphene oxide solution, grinding the aluminum alloy substrate, degreasing, rinsing, carrying out micro-arc oxidization and blow drying, and immersing aluminum alloy substrate in silane coupling agent grafted graphene oxide solution for 1-3 hours, and curing at 160-200 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain micro-arc oxidation/graphene oxide/silane composite film on the surface of aluminum alloy. USE - The method is useful for preparing micro-arc oxidation/graphene oxide/silane composite film on aluminum alloy surface. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. The composite film has excellent corrosion resistance property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing micro-arc oxidation/graphene oxide/silane composite film on aluminum alloy surface comprises (1) preparing graphene oxide solution by using modified Hummers method, (2) preparing 40-60 ml mixed solution using organic matter bis-(triethoxysilylpropyl)tetrasulfide, distilled water, and ethanol in 1-5:1-5:60-100 volume ratio, adjusting pH of the mixed solution to 3-8 using acetic acid, magnetically stirring the obtained mixed solution at 35 degrees C for 2-5 hours, and then hydrolyzing at room temperature for 24-72 hours to obtain self-assembling solution, (3) mixing the graphene oxide prepared in the step (1) and self-assembly liquid prepared in the step (2) at volume ratio of 1:1, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain silane coupling agent-grafted graphene oxide solution, (4) grinding the aluminum alloy substrate, degreasing, rinsing, carrying out micro-arc oxidization and blow drying, and (5) immersing aluminum alloy substrate in silane coupling agent grafted graphene oxide solution prepared in the step (3) for 1-3 hours, and curing at 160-200 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain micro-arc oxidation/graphene oxide/silane composite film on the surface of aluminum alloy.
