NOVELTY - An anticorrosive coating comprises base coating composed of 1-3 pts. wt. modified graphene powder, 15-50 pts. wt. epoxy modified silicone resin, and 10-100 pts. wt. mixed solution of toluene and butanol. The modified graphene powder is a graphene oxide grafted with passivating agent on the surface. USE - Anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive coating has excellent graphene conductivity, corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of anticorrosive coating, which involves (S1) mixing 3-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 100-300 pts. wt. thionyl chloride, ultrasonically vibrating for 0.5-1 hour, heating the product at 60-75 degrees C for 3-5 hours, distilling thionyl chloride under reduced pressure, adding 300-700 pts. wt. dimethylbenzene solution containing 3-8 pts. wt. passivating agent to the obtained product, reacting at 15-25 degrees C for 3-5 hours, filtering, washing, adding 3000-5000 pts. wt. water and 5-10 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate to the obtained product, reacting in water bath at 90-95 degrees C for 1-1.5 hours, filtering, washing, and vacuum drying to obtain modified graphene powder, where the modified graphene powder is a graphene oxide grafted with passivating agent on the surface, (S2) mixing 1-3 pts. wt. modified graphene powder with 15-50 pts. wt. epoxy-modified silicone resin, and adding 10-100 pts. wt. mixed solvent of toluene and butanol, and (S3) ball milling the product obtained in step (S2) for 2-5 hours.
