NOVELTY - The control unit has a composite graphene layer arranged with two graphite layers that are arranged with an inorganic material layer, where impedance of the graphite layers is small in range. The inorganic material layer is made of barium fluoride, magnesium fluoride and ferric chloride. A polymethyl methacrylate layer is formed on the composite graphene layer using a preset mold. USE - Touch control unit for controlling a touch base plate of a flexible touch display device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The control unit has better machinery property and electric property.
