▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The panel has a first buffer layer sequentially arranged with multiple light emitting layers. A charge generating layer is arranged between the light emitting layers. A metal grid layer is arranged in a same layer of the first buffer layer. A first partition structure is located at a side of the metal grid layer and a same layer of the charge generating layer, and provided with thermal expansion material, and separates the charge generating layer. The metal grid layer generates heat under a condition of electrifying, such that multiple spherical bodies are heated to expand, where the thermal expansion material is made of graphene material, where an end of the first partition structure far away from the metal grid layer is formed as a wedge-shaped structure. USE - Display panel for use in a display device (claimed), such as organic LED (OLED) display device. ADVANTAGE - The panel utilizes the thermal expansion material to provide the first partition structure surrounding a light emitting region to isolate the charge generating layer after the metal grid layer is electrified and heated to expand, thus effectively avoiding cross-color of the pixels, and hence improving display effect, and ensuring that resolution of the panel is high, and heats the thermal expansion material in an initial partition structure to expand to obtain the partition structure to reduce preparation difficulty of the first partition structure with large height, thus realizing large scale production of the multi-layer light emitting device display panel in easy manner.
