NOVELTY - Open channel sewage flow measuring and processing system having low energy consumption, comprises overflow cylinder, which is a transparent member, photoelectric catalytic decomposition component which includes a pair of photoelectric catalytic electrode pairs arranged on the inner wall of overflow cylinder, ultrasonic open channel flow meter which includes a pair of ultrasonic transducer pairs arranged at intervals along the flow direction of overflow cylinder and photovoltaic power generation assembly, which is used for supplying power to photoelectric catalytic electrode pair and ultrasonic transducer pair. USE - The open channel sewage flow measuring and processing system is useful in the technical field of urban industrial drainage and irrigation in agricultural and rural irrigation areas.
