▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing heat-resistant and highly conductive nano-zinc oxide-graphene thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) involves assembling GO nanosheets into supported graphene oxide nanosheet by using sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) in ultrasonic deionized water and nano zinc oxide particles, proceeding the dissolution-reduction-freeze-extraction process without destroying the original sol structure. The polyether glycol sol of the association catalyst and diisocyanate oligomer are added and reacted to form final functional PGZ elastomer. USE - Method for preparing heat-resistant and highly conductive nano-zinc oxide-graphene thermoplastic polyurethane. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare heat-resistant and highly conductive nano-zinc oxide-graphene thermoplastic polyurethane that improves the stability of the TPU segment.
