NOVELTY - Modified silicone rubber comprises 100 pts. wt. silicone rubber raw rubber, 5-15 pts. wt. silicone oil, 20-40 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 3-8 pts. wt. hyperbranched organic phosphate modified graphene oxide and 1-3 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent. USE - Used as modified silicone rubber. ADVANTAGE - The modified silicone rubber: has hyperbranched organic phosphate modified graphene oxide, which has high mechanical, flame retardant and heat conductivity property; limits oxygen index by 30%. The method is simple, capable of large batch production, and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing modified silicone rubber, comprising mixing hyperbranched organic phosphate modified graphene oxide and silicone oil, ultrasonic dispersing at 30-80 degrees C, obtaining mixture, mixing the mixture with silicone rubber raw rubber and inorganic filler under 30-60 degrees C condition to obtain modified silicon rubber master batch, mixing modified silicon rubber master batch with vulcanizing agent, after 8-24 hours, mixing to obtain modified silicon rubber gross rubber under room temperature, and vulcanizing the modified silicon rubber gross rubber for 8-24 hours to obtain modified silicon rubber.
