NOVELTY - Modified polypropylene composite material comprises 50-80 pts. wt. polypropylene, 5-20 pts. wt. graphene powder, 8-20 pts. wt. glass fiber, 1-2.2 pts. wt. organic chrome complex, 0.4-7.4 pts. wt. graft phase solvent of unsaturated carboxylic acid and polypropylene, 0.6-1.6 pts. wt. maleic anhydride solvent, 1-1.8 pts. wt. organozirconate, and 1-4 pts. wt. phosphite ester. USE - Modified polypropylene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The modified polypropylene composite material has excellent heat and pressure resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing modified polypropylene composite material, which involves: (A) weighing each raw material; (B) heating graphene powder with stirring at high speed, and adding organic chrome complex into graphene powder for surface treatment to obtain mixture A; (C) drying glass fiber, treating with maleic anhydride solvent and organozirconate, and drying at 90-140 degrees C to obtain mixture B; (D) mixing graft phase solvent of unsaturated carboxylic acid and polypropylene, mixture A, and phosphite ester by high speed stirring to form graphene/polypropylene mixed material; (E) mixing mixture B and graphene/polypropylene mixed material, extruding, melting, cutting, mixing, homogenizing, cooling, and cutting to obtain graphene modified polypropylene particles; and (F) mixing the graphene modified polypropylene particles, preheating and drying, performing melt extrusion, molding in a molding machine, demolding, cooling, putting into warm water for curing treatment, and then cooling at room temperature to obtain the finished product.
