USE - The material is useful as next-generation catalyst material for water decomposition device, metal air batteries and fuel cells. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economical; and has rich raw material. The material has high-catalytic activity and long cycle life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing metal-graphitized carbon/graphene composite electrocatalyst material comprises (i) preparing metal organic framework material (MOF)/graphene oxide using excessive metal ions to induce the ligand to obtain solution of 0.1-10 M, adding 0.01-0.1-1-10 ml, 1-10 mg/ml graphene oxide, completely shaking and adding 0.1-1 ml, 0.1-10 M metal salt ion solution, forming MOF/graphene oxide complex solution, centrifuging the solution using a centrifuge at 5000-20000 revolutions/minute for 5-30 minutes, pouring off the upper liquid, adding deionized water or deionized aqueous solution containing a non-metallic element precursor, and freeze-drying to obtain MOF/graphene oxide or MOF/graphene oxide sponge containing a non-metal element precursor, where the ligand is cyano ligand, carboxylic acid ligand oro imidazolyl ligand, the metal salt is metal nitrates, metal sulfates, metal acetates or metal chlorides, and the non-metallic element is N, P, S or B elements, and (ii) taking 5-50 mg MOF/graphene oxide sponge into a glove box with a non-oxidizing atmosphere, sealing in a 50-500 ml quartz bottle containing a small amount of microwave adsorbent, placing the quartz bottle in a microwave oven for 1200 minutes under the power of 200-1000 W. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for metal-graphitized carbon/graphene composite prepared by the above method.
