▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The device has an array of nanopore cells, where each of the nanopore cell comprises a cis well, and a trans well. A membrane support is in between the cis and trans wells. a bubble generating electrode is arranged in the trans well, where the device comprises a wafer including many sequencing channels configured to allow a biopolymer to translocate substantially horizontally or substantially vertically with respect to a surface of the wafer. The membrane support is formed of lipid, silicon, graphene, a solid-state material, a synthetic material, or a biomimetic equivalent of lipid. USE - Nanopore sequencing device for determining a sequence of a biopolymer, such as a polynucleotide or polypeptide. ADVANTAGE - The device mitigates undesirable side effects that occurs when operating a nanopore sequencing array, which prevents a few malfunctioning or failed nanopore sensor devices from affecting the operation of the entire sequencing array, and prevents the consumption of redox reagents resulting from a large uncontrolled current passing through a malfunctioning, failed, or malfunctioning sensor within an array. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for isolating a unit in an array for polynucleotide sequencing. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a nanopore sequencing device. 600Nanopore unit cell 615Middle well 620Electrolyte 623Nanopore 624Membrane
