The separators perform thermal separation process. The electronic refrigeration device performs cold settling process. The valve assembly is equipped with explosion-proof motor and solenoid valve. The switches of valve assembly are precisely controlled by computer with self-locking timing control to prevent malfunction during separation process. USE - Multistage device for separation of graphene powder (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device ensures simple and efficient separation of graphene powder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A multistage graphene powder-separation device comprises stage (I) separator, stage (II) separator, stage (III) separator, stage (IV) separator, an inlet, a valve assembly, an outlet and an electronic refrigeration device. The stage (I) separator has the same function as that of stage (III) separator. The separators produce high-temperature high-speed pulse gas flow, and perform thermal separation process. The stage (II) separator has the same function as that of stage (IV) separator. The electronic refrigeration device is arranged in the separator to provide cold environment, and performs cold settling process. The valve assembly is equipped with an explosion-proof motor and a solenoid valve to provide power and ensure safety. The switches of the valve assembly are precisely controlled by a computer with self-locking timing control to prevent malfunction during separation process.
