NOVELTY - Thermally conductive packaging material comprises a main agent A made of 35-70 pts. wt. acrylic monomer, 10-30 pts. wt. toughening agent, 1-10 pts. wt. accelerator, 3-7 pts. wt. graphene suspension and 1-5 pts. wt. stabilizer, and a curing agent B made of 5-50 pts. wt. initiator, 30-80 pts. wt. toughening agent and 0.5-5 pts. wt. thickener. USE - Used as thermally conductive packaging material. ADVANTAGE - The packaging material is conducive to enhancing the interface bonding force between graphene and acrylate polymer as the encapsulation matrix material, and exhibits improved the heat conduction effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing thermally conductive packaging material, comprises (i) adding 1-10 pts. wt. graphene, 50-100 pts. wt. acrylic monomer and 0.1-3 pts. wt. modifier to a reaction kettle, and sonicating at room temperature for 0.5-10 hours to prepare a graphene suspension, (ii) mixing acrylic monomer, toughening agent, accelerator, the graphene suspension and stabilizer, uniformly stirring, allowing to stand for 3-5 hours, vacuum defoaming, and discharging the main agent A, (iii) mixing initiator, toughening agent and thickener, uniformly stirring, allowing to stand for 1-2 hours, vacuum defoaming and discharging curing agent B, and (iv) mixing the main agent A and the curing agent B in a volume ratio of 10: 1-3 to prepare a packaging material.
