▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The all-optical switch based on polydimethylene terephthalate (PD) photonic crystal and graphene composite structure comprises first uniform dielectric thin sheet, second uniform thin film and two graphene single layers (G,H,L1,L2) embedded in a layered structure. The thickness of the first uniform light sheet and second uniform thin sheet is one fourth of optical wavelength. The PD photonic crystals and the graphene compound structure are provided with optical component. The optical component is provided with a local effect to the electric field. The graphene single layer is just at the strongest position of the local electric field corresponding to one optical sub-shapes. The first uniform dielectric sheet is a high refractive index material lead telluride. The second uniform dielectric sheet is a low refractive index material cryolite USE - Full optical switch based on PD photonic crystal and graphene composite structure for use in full optical communication. Uses include but are not limited to optical domain, transmission, relay, decision, timing, amplifying and shaping. ADVANTAGE - The third-order nonlinear optical effect of graphene is greatly enhanced, so as to realize optical bi-stable low threshold value. The open and close of the full optical switch of the decision threshold, and the intervals between the turn-on and turn-off threshold are opened and closed through the chemical potential control of the graphene single layer.
