NOVELTY - Preparation of crude oil defoamer involves mixing nano graphene, low-viscosity silicone oil and polyether in a mass ratio of 0.5:(1-2):(0.5-2), putting the resulting mixture into a pressurized reactor, adding a proper amount of a catalyst, stirring and mixing at 70-90 degrees C, controlling the pressure of the reactor at 0.10-0.25 MPa, stirring and reacting for 2-5 hours, adding a composite surfactant and an organic alcohol amine, evenly stirring, and adding mineral spirits. USE - The method is useful for preparing crude oil defoamer. ADVANTAGE - The method can prepare easily dispersible crude oil defoamer in an environmentally-friendly manner.
