NOVELTY - An antimicrobial nano-plastic food packaging material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. polypropylene, 4-8 pts. wt. low density polyethylene, 5-10 pts. wt. nano silver particles, 8-12 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. chitin fiber, 1-3 pts. wt. allicin, 4-8 pts. wt. bamboo fiber, 4-8 pts. wt. nano tin oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 1-1.5 pts. wt. anti-scratch agent, 5-10 pts. wt. 1,2-dimethylcyclohexane, 1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent and 3-5 pts. wt. UV absorber. USE - Antimicrobial nano-plastic food packaging material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The packaging material has excellent conductivity, weather resistant effect, high stability, anti-UV effect, anti-aging property, scratch resistant property, high tensile strength and elongation at break, and is economical.
