NOVELTY - A ceramic filter membrane comprises porous ceramic substrate comprising 35-67 pts. wt. carclazyte, 12-23 pts. wt. zeolite powder, 6-8 pts. wt. graphene, 11-13 pts. wt. mica powder, 2-4 pts. wt. corn powder, 7-9 pts. wt. green mud stone and 20-34 pts. wt. activated carbon fiber, and plasma-sprayed metal platinum. The substrate has porosity of 65-78% and pore diameter of 5-8 microns. USE - Ceramic filter membrane used in sewage treatment applications. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic filter membrane has high strength, excellent contamination resistance, stability, can be used for long period of time, and reduces the cost of sewage processing.
