▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Production of graphene sheet involves forming a carbonaceous powder by electrochemical erosion of a graphite electrode (70) in a molten salt (110) comprising hydrogen ions, recovering the resulting carbonaceous powder from the molten salt liquid, and thermally-treating the carbonaceous powder by heating in a non-oxidizing atmosphere. USE - Production of graphene sheet. Uses include but are not limited to electron-field emitter, electrochemical capacitor, capacitive deionization electrode material, anode material for lithium-ion battery, catalyst support, biosensor, fuel cell electrode, photocatalytic application, transparent conducting film, and templates for fabrication of nanostructured materials. ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of graphene sheets with high performance characteristics and high crystallinity degree.
