▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Metal foam embedded aerogel composite phase change material comprises 60-70 wt.% erythritol, 4.1-10.25 wt.% graphene and 19.75-35.9 wt.% copper foam materials. USE - Used as metal foam embedded aerogel composite phase change material. ADVANTAGE - The phase change energy storage material has high latent heat of phase change, excellent cycle stability/thermal stability, low degree of subcooling and high thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing metal foam embedded aerogel composite phase change material, comprising (i) adding ascorbic acid into the graphene oxide aqueous solution under vigorous stirring and reducing the graphene oxide aqueous solution at 20℃ for 24 hours to obtain a reduced graphene aqueous solution; (ii) moving 10 ml reduced graphene aqueous solution into a glass mold, embedding the copper foam into the reduced graphene solution, and placing in a freeze dryer, freezing for 2 hours and drying for 48 hours to obtain the graphene aerogel/copper foam matrix; and (iii) heating erythritol to a temperature above its melting point to reach a liquid state, soaking the graphene aerogel/copper foam matrix in the molten erythritol, vacuumizing for 1 hours, and cooling the sample to room temperature.
