NOVELTY - High temperature resistant and acid-resistant coating applied to tail gas device of calcination rotary kiln, comprising a steel plate, the outer side of the steel plate is coated with an insulating coating, the inner wall of the steel plate is coated with an inner coating, the insulating coating sequentially is provided with polyimide layer and a reflective heat-insulating coating according to the order from inside to outside, the inner coating is provided with an alcohol-soluble phenolic resin paint layer according to the order sequentially inside to outside, a nickel-graphene oxide coating, ceramic fibre coating and oxidation resistant coating, the thickness of polyimide coating layer is 60µm, the thickness of the reflecting heat insulation coating is at least 50 µm, high temperature resistance reaches 600℃, it is suitable for the corrosive component of the titanium pigment calcining rotary kiln tail smoke and the dust in the smoke to wash and wear.
