NOVELTY - Preparation of self-powered electronic skin system involves preparing graphene oxide-MXene mixed solution, uniformly coating mixed solution on flexible substrate to obtain high-density flexible graphene oxide/MXene composite film, subjecting composite film to laser direct writing method to obtain patterned laser-reduced graphene/MXene composite electrode, uniformly coating gel electrolyte on patterned laser-reduced graphene/MXene composite electrode and encapsulating supercapacitor energy storage unit of electronic skin system, uniformly contacting strip-shaped laser-reduced graphene/MXene composite film prepared by laser direct writing method with patterned laser-reduced graphene/MXene composite electrode, packaging to form piezoresistive sensor sensing unit of electronic skin system, connecting two different functions of supercapacitor energy storage unit and piezoresistive sensor sensing unit through wires to form laser-reduced graphene/MXene self-powered electronic skin system. USE - Preparation of self-powered electronic skin system. ADVANTAGE - The method uses inexpensive raw material such as graphene oxide and MXene to design multifunctional self-powered electronic skin system.
