NOVELTY - A porous graphene powder comprises graphene doped with one heteroatom, where the heteroatom is nitrogen, boron, oxygen or phosphorus, carbon chemical bond types are sp2C, hybridized sp3, oxygen bridged C or heterocyclyl C, the hybridized sp3 and heterocyclyl C are C=N or C=O, and the C=N bonds are N-pyridine or N-pyrrole. USE - Porous graphene powder for use in anode of lithium-sulfur battery, lithium-ion battery cathode and supercapacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The porous graphene powder is cost-effective, recyclable and suitable for actual production, and has good electrochemical energy storage and less impact on small environment, and does not cause secondary pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing the porous graphene powder, which involves mixing biomass resource with solid nitrogen source as raw material at atmospheric pressure.
