NOVELTY - A graphene layer-containing multilayer film is obtained by laminating base material layer, an inorganic thin film, an adhesive resin layer and a graphene layer. The graphene layer contains oxygen-containing group. The adhesive resin layer contains functional group which reacts with oxygen-containing group and forms bond. USE - Graphene layer-containing multilayer film is used for components of electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The graphene layer-containing multilayer film has excellent adhesiveness and electroconductivity, and reduced peelability of the graphene layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene layer-containing multilayer film, which involves coating adhesive resin composition on the inorganic thin film layer, drying adhesive resin composition to form adhesive resin layer, superposing the graphene layer by lamination process, and removing metal foil layer.
