▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A silane coupling agent ethanol solution is added to expandable graphite ethanol solution, centrifuged, and resultant solid is centrifuged, to obtain silane coupling agent treated expandable graphite. Obtained product is added to phenol, aqueous formaldehyde solution and zinc acetate are added, heating and reaction temperature is raised, to obtain mixture (A). Aqueous formaldehyde solution and sodium hydroxide are added to mixture (A) and cooled, to obtain graphene-containing phenolic resin. Obtained mixture is poured into container, to obtain graphene-containing phenolic foam. USE - Preparation of graphene-containing phenolic foam (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method economically provides graphene-containing phenolic foam having improved efficiency, by a simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A silane coupling agent ethanol solution with concentration of 0.5-10 %mass is added to the expandable graphite ethanol solution under stirring the reaction at 30-70 degrees C for 1-5 hours, centrifuged at sped of 16000 rpm for 15-60 minutes, and resultant solid is centrifuged in a vacuum oven at 60-90 degrees C under dry for 24-48 hours, to obtain silane coupling agent treated expandable graphite. 0.1-20 pts. wt. Obtained product is added to 100 pts. wt. phenol, ultrasonically vibrated for 0.5-5 hours, 46-138 parts mass aqueous formaldehyde solution with concentration of 37 wt.% and 0.5-5 pts. wt. zinc acetate are added, heating at rate of 1-5 degrees C/minute, and reaction temperature is raised at 60-80 degrees C for 30-90 minutes, to obtain mixture (A). 40-122 pts. wt. Aqueous formaldehyde solution with concentration of 37 %mass, and 1-10 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide with concentration of 30 volume% are added to the mixture (A), reaction is continued at 60-80 degrees C for 1-3 hours, cooled to room temperature, and 60-100 pts. wt. water is removed at 70 degrees C under vacuum of -0.08 MPa, to obtain graphene-containing phenolic resin. 100 pts. wt. Graphene-containing phenolic resin, 1-10 pts. wt. Tween-80 (RTM: polyoxyethylene sorbitan), 2-20 pts. wt. n-pentane, 3-30 pts. wt. p-toluenesulfonic acid and 1-10 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol 400 are mixed and stirred uniformly, to obtain mixture (B). The obtained mixture is then poured into a container and placed at 50-80 degrees C in a thermostatic oven for 30 minutes, and then left at room temperature for 3-7 days, to obtain graphene-containing phenolic foam.
