▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Doping method of graphene involves forming (S1) a precursor polymer layer for doping on a substrate, and positioning (S2) graphene on the substrate, on which the precursor polymer layer is formed. USE - Doping method of graphene for manufacturing graphene composite electrode and graphene structure (all claimed) used for flexible display. ADVANTAGE - Graphene is doped effectively. The graphene provides graphene composite structure having excellent chemical stability and electrical characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene structure; and (2) manufacture of graphene composite electrode.
