▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The apparatus has a separator fixed in upper portion of a positive electrode. A negative electrode is fixed in lower part of the positive electrode. The negative electrode is fixed on a graphene nano-sheet. The graphene nano-sheet comprises 80 wt.% active material in N- metal pyrrolidinone, 10 wt.% carbon black and 10 wt.% polyvinylidene difluoride. A polyvinylidene fluoride film (130) is fixed on the separator. USE - Charge super capacitor apparatus. ADVANTAGE - The apparatus can fix the graphene nano-sheet on the separator based on a hybrid electrode so as to convert electric power into mechanical energy by using polyvinylidene fluoride-zinc oxide in an effective manner, so that the performance of the apparatus can be improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a charge super capacitor apparatus.
