▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-nanoparticle composite comprises crystallized nanoparticles on the surface of graphene. The average particle diameter of the nanoparticles is 50-200 nm. The nanoparticles include nickel, silicon, titanium, chromium, manganese, iron, cobalt, copper, tin, indium, platinum, gold, silver and magnesium. The content of crystallized nanoparticles is 30-50 wt.%. USE - Graphene-nanoparticle composite is used for laminate for electrochemical device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-nanoparticle composite has high conductivity, and excellent adhesiveness between the graphene and nanoparticles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of graphene-nanoparticle composite, which involves mixing graphene and nanoparticle powder, injecting gas, vaporizing the nanoparticles through radio-frequency thermal plasma processing, and crystallizing the nanoparticles on graphene surface; (2) laminate, which contains the graphene-nanoparticle composite; and (3) electrochemical device, which contains the laminate.
