NOVELTY - A graphene antistatic mattress foam material comprises 60-70 pts. wt., preferably 65 pts. wt. natural rubber, 10-20 pts. wt., preferably 15 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 15-25 pts. wt., preferably 20 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene elastomer, 0.5-10 pts. wt., preferably 4 pts. wt. graphene, 3-8 pts. wt., preferably 5 pts. wt. white carbon black, 2-10 pts. wt., preferably 5 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 3-8 pts. wt., preferably 5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-4 pts. wt., preferably 3 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 0.5-2 pts. wt., preferably 1 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-2.5 pts. wt., preferably 1.5 pts. wt. odorless crosslinking agent and 1-6 pts. wt., preferably 3 pts. wt. foaming agent. USE - Graphene antistatic mattress foam material. ADVANTAGE - The ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber has good low temperature characteristics and easy process operation. The polyoxyethylene elastomer has good tolerance, thereby improving the degree of mixing between the various components of the material. The graphene has high strength and good toughness, which makes the material performance stable and not easy to deform. The anti-static agent eliminates static electricity of materials and has better insulation effect. The odorless crosslinking agent and foaming agent decompose without producing odor, thereby making the product more environmentally-friendly.
