NOVELTY - Preparing welded aluminum solder paste comprises (i) mixing graphene oxide and deionized water in a mass ratio of 1:10, and ultrasonically dispersing for 5-10 minutes at a power of 100-150 W to obtain dispersion, mixing solder alloy powder and dispersion at a mass ratio of 1:20, ultrasonically dispersing and milling processing to obtain mixed slurry and subjecting mixed slurry to reduction treatment to obtain modified solder alloy powder, (ii) mixing 1-10 pts. wt. active agent, 2-10 pts. wt. metal salt film-forming agent, 1-3 pts. wt. benzotriazole, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. surfactant and 7-10 pts. wt. solvent and stirring the reaction at 180-200 degrees C for 3-5 hours to obtain mixed solution, adding 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. hydrogenated castor oil at 80-100 degrees C, stirring for 1-2 hours, cooling to room temperature and allowing to stand for 2-3 days to obtain flux and (iii) mixing the modified solder alloy powder with flux and stirring to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing welded aluminum solder paste. ADVANTAGE - The prepared solder paste has excellent storage property and extended storage stability; removes the oxide film; quickly remove the oxide film; can adjust the pH of solder paste system; will not cause problems includes dryness; and is not easy to corrode the solder alloy powder surface.
